What to tell this lady?

This lady came in a month ago for gel extensions,after 4 days she came and shouted at the manager about one of her nails had fallen off.I wasn't in and because I am selfemployed the manager couldn't authorise a refund.Next day when I came to work I was told that this lady and her boyfriednd(both look like they have questionable backrounds) has made a scandal and called the manager names.I called this lady up to see what the problem is and asked her to come back to the salon and have a chat.One of her nails was broken,it looked like it got caught in something,it didn't just 'pop off' it had clear signes of violence.I offered to fix the broken nail for free, she then said that the nails are not the same size,like the right hand ones are wider than the left hand:Grope:
I gave a refund,thinking she is a waste of time.Yesterday her boyfriend came to the salon to book her in ,to get a set of gels again,I didn't realise who he is and made the appointment.I called the number that he left as contact to tell him that I can't take this appointment,but no one is answering that number.She is due to come tomorrow morning,pfff she will be dissapointed.:evil:How would you deal with this,as obviously I don't want to cause problems in the salon....

Seems kind of strange how you'd shout and complain about your nails loads then book in again? Seems a lil dodgy cos you gave her a refund maybe she's trying to do that against she gets them for free! Some blooming silly people about x

You may well have to just face her when she arrives & simply explain that had you of realised it was for herself you wouldnt have made the appointment. Tell her that her nails arent suitable for your system & therefore you arent willing to treat her as they are likely to come off again. Should she press you & still want them still doing, you'd have to stress that you wouldnt guarantee them so are unable to assist her & basically show her the door...
She liked the fact that you refunded her so much that she's been given an inch & wants to take a mile & WILL do the same thing given the chance.

They were dodgy cause the guy keeps asking if he can use the toilet,this is upstairs passing by the staff room with all our bags and belonging in,staff room is usualy unattended as we are a busy salon.I think they are trying something:rolleyes: oh boy!looking forward for tomorrow,not!

Can you not lock the staffroom door? If it hasn't got a lock maybe look at putting one those locks that you key a code in to. X :)

No,unfortunatley I can't lock the staff room door cause i'm just renting this table and some of the girls leave their bags on the staircase as well because it's convenient.I usualy put my stuff in the basement,we all have a mind of our own:rolleyes:
