I did an ombre, prelightened to a pale yellow, dried hair, applied 0/65 and 10 volume, left on for 15 minutes and it has been a week and it almost totally faded. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as she is coming back this week.

I was always taught when using mix tones as fashion shades to use a lower peroxide (to deposit/tone) and/or mix with a base colour 10 so the tone has something to cling to x

Using mixer tones on there own is only to correct or intensify a tone. Mixing 10/0 and 0/65 will give you the colour you want. The more tone you add the more vibrant it will be, the less tone you add the more subtle it will be. Also use pastel on a ratio of 1:2.
