I did a ladys nails in the middle of December who was going on a crusie for Xmas and New Year, didnt hear from her again but she had never had nails on before so I assumed she had only had them for her holidays.
Got into the salon the other day to find her booked in for tonight for a rebalance!! I thought, that cant be right? I did them about 6 weeks ago!! maybe she has been elsewhere or had them done whilst she was on the ship?
She came in tonight, hasnt been anywhere else, been unwell so couldnt come in sooner, all 10 still on and looking better than some of my 2 week rebalances!!
I am well chuffed!! :green: there was not a sign of lifting anywhere and although they had grown quite a bit they didnt look tatty at all!! What a confidence boost!! x

Hmmm..... Shes booked her next appointment for 4 weeks!! trouble is there was nothing wrong with them after 6 weeks apart from a bit of growth! Can't really say no you need to come every 2-3 weeks now and pay more can I as I told her how well she'd done and how amazed I was.... really though she has gotten away with 2 rebalances!
If they were trashed I would have charged her more and booked her in for 3 weeks, but they werent.

I have a couple that go 4 weeks no drama but I still charge them more. Diff prices for 2, 3, 4 or 5weeks after that charge for a full set though if in perfect cond I'd prob charge for a 5 weeker. jus tthink it makes people more regular with their appointments

That is great news. i had a call from a lady who i did 5 weeks ago to say she is ready for infills and still has all 10 on, i couldnt believe it myself, the problem is i need practice with infills im not as confident so im dreading to see what they are like LOL.
good on you,
I've got a few young ladies like that, they can sometimes go for 4 to 5 weeks purley coz they are skint, and their nails look great you'd think theyd been welded on lol.
I also have one lady who comes once a fortnight and loses at least 3 nails every time. I dont understand it.
