trying to access new posts - 10-12-04, 11:18 PM
when I click on "new posts" I am getting this message "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms" Please could someone advise if it's something I'm doing wrong or if there is a general problem.

hmmmmm, the plot thickens - 11-12-04, 12:04 AM
is that the only reason - cos it's happening when I log on after I've not been on the site for 24 hours .... it's not important really cos I just click on posts in past 24 hours so I don't think I'm missing anything, but it's just it worked in the past.

Try clearing your browser cache and temp internet files..............
The PC might be remembering old pages and settings.........
Give it a try and see what happens xxx

Go to Internet explorer>Tools >Internet Options> General Settings>Delete cookies > Delete files> tick on the off line option too> click on clear history > click Ok when done............

For Aol users go to >Settings> click on the Internet Browser Link> this will take you to browser settings >click on the under realted settings link > Internet explorer settings > and proceed as above .....................

This was driving me mad too!!! Ive found that the only time the 'new posts' tab works is if the PC has been completely shut down and re-started again. other than that I use the 'last 24 hrs' tab and that brings all the latest posts up in bold anyway.....hth x

yea... its been acting odd as of late. I dont even know where to start investigating that one as I can not establish a clear patten for it yet. In all reality it has been occuring for about 6 months
