The phone number for CND in Alicante (Costa Blanca) is 0034 96 591 6171, I'm unsure if anyone there speaks english. I had a similar problem and after getting in touch with head office in Barcelona I managed to find a distributor in Valencia. They're really helpful at the head office, I've got the contact details if you need them. hth's x
