Tanning client record cards

i have been looking for some tanning record cards.

i have checked out a few but am not impressed.

does anybody have any good ones or have a copy of one i can look at for some ideas. will prob end up doing my own but dont know where to start

What make bed do you have? Only ask that cos sometimes the makers do thier own.

Have you heard of The Tanning Association? This association might have the answer for you.

We are going to have an Ergoline bed and they do thier own client cards.

I have seen some cards in the tanning directory, sorry can't remember their web address or telephone number will have a look for this info for you and get back to you.
