i hope i can solve this - i had a raw earth pedi today and have just noticed that my feet have swelled like puddings - my toes look like sausages and my ankles have dissapeared - ive had them elevated but thats hasnt done owt to help - now they are starting to burn - what the hell is going on - any help or advice would be really appreciated - and fast please

Welcome to my world Glynis ... I have perminent swollen feet and kancles since James was born.

The advice for me from the doctor, was to elevate with bottom to a wall (feet up the wall) for a full 5 mins in a morning and drink LOTS of water during the day. I don't do either of these, and still have swollen feet, maybe it will work for you

I do feel for you, burning feet in hot weather is the pits

hiya Glynis,


When elevating the feet they ned to be above the heart which would mean yu lying flat.

i know it sounds obvious but i also offer rehabilitation and alot of peple think that because there feet are on a footstool or out straight in front of them they are elavated!!


Maybe YOU need the pedicure...lol

Have you had a pedi with this product before?

If not, I hate to say it but are you having an allergic reaction to the product?

If it's getting worse, I would suggest medical advice, just incase.

Good grief Glynis, yeah! What on earth are you doing up at that hour - and I thought I was bad for mooching about till the small hours .

I really hope you get to the bottom of it - I have no idea what could have set that off but if it is continuing just the same, like grafxgal says, it might be best to get it checked out because it may be that your tootsies have taken a disliking to one of the ingredients on a grand scale.

When having the pedi, was your feet placed in hot booties? I have heard this can cause a reaction with some pedi lotions which are not meant to be exposed to heat - just a thought.

feet are fine this morning - so sign of swelling or burning - must have just been their way of telling me "enough is enough" and wanted their bed - thanks for all the advice tho - me and lucia were in the chat room till 3.45am and we had an absolute scream, morning holly, amber, lucia

I CANNOT believe you were in there that long - what on earth were you gabbing about - I have no idea why, but my pc continually boots me out of there so sorry I disappeared on you - once was enough, but the second time my stroppy self kicked in and said that's it, I'm off!

we kept getting booted but we was just taking the mick out of each other and enertaining our friends around the globe lol.
