My Brother is 38 and has had a heart attack - 14-06-06, 10:22 PM
The phone rang last night and it was my mum telling me that my youngest brother has been rushed to hospital with chest pains.

After the dr took blood they have said Andrew has received a warning from his body to change his ways.

I wouldnt mind but he is at the gym 3 times a week and was a pro boxer in his teens.

it has really shuck me up, i wouldnt mind if he smoked and drank heavy,

He is now home resting but walking on egg shells.

Sending hugs to you Lisa what a worry, But on a postive note my father in law had a heart attack at 56 and is now 75 and still going strong

I'm glad he's home now. Does he seem to be doing ok? I hope so. That is really scary. My mom just had heart surgery and is only 57.

It's always baffling.. when things like this happen.
The good news.... the problem has been caught and he can seek treatment.

He'll be doing great in no time

Lets just say this effected our family last year,please speak to your brother ,stubborn or not and urge him to take things easy,life really is too short !
