I have noticed that the only time i seem to be asked to provide written feedback is if i do training with Skincare companies.

I think it is a good thing to give feedback for training as you can state what you enjoyed/didn't enjoy & the reasons why. If you felt not enough time was spent on certain things etc. etc.

When you did your nail training were you asked to provide written feedback or not asked at all ?

I have done 10 different courses now with Creative Nails and after every course I am asked to give written feedback on their feedback forms.

Hiya, I too have never been asked for feedback on any nail courses! Have only been asked on a special occassion make-up course.

I too have filled in a feed-back form for each course I did with Creative.

Yep, I always get asked for feedback with Creative.

Do creative send them in post or do you fill it in when your at training ? I haven't had one maybe its because i did the CreativeSpa ?

Its normally after each course.. before you leave you are usually asked to fill out the feedback form.

i have allways been asked for feedback on all of my nail course? On my course i allways ask , it is really motivating, and if some thing needs fine tweeking can use the info to addapt xx

HOWEVER ..... I think it would be more productive if we were given the form to take with us to feedback and post on to H/O

Dont get me wrong i have been happy with my training, i just think as we are completing this feedback in the class and giving it to the trainer / ambassador before we leave, could leave us not wanting to leave totally honest feedback, are we afraid to leave negative feedback in case of upsetting the trainer / ambassador ? even if they are annoymous the classes are small, would be we embarrased going back ?

Yes some of us may not even fill in the forms and send them off, but the few that do i think would be more constructive and honest than 100% feedback forms completed on the day, surely the importance of this is to enable the companies to see if anything could be improved upon ?

Yes i agree, i did some training with a well known skincare brand once & the trainer was very unpleasant (to me in particular) When it came to filling in the feedback forms i was not honest as thought she might be reading them & knew i would be doing more training with them. Would have preferred to have been able to send in post.

I will call Creative now as i didn't get form & i like to give feedback
