I have looked at this site on and off over the last couple of the years and found some useful information. Finally got around to registering this morning. I am more of a therapist ( beauty, massage, complementary therapies etc..) than a nail technician but love doing my manicure's. I started using Calgel last year - my first venture into nail systems, and have had great success with the colour overlays, not overly confident with tips - prefer the sculptures.

Reason for me signing on today, is I have a new client who has recently arrived from Canada and we need to get her gel nails removed - she usually has them electronically filed and then in-filled. I am unable to soak them off and am looking for ideas on how best to proceed. I know of one local team that could do the electronic filing but have only heard of bleeding fingers as a result!

Any suggestions please?

in relation to your question- Why do you need to remove the gel she is slready wearing? If its not lifting you could in fill/rebalance them with your product.
