Not sure if I should really be on the site as I am not a nail technician, but I am having acrylic nail extensions done on Sunday. I had Creative extensions put on about 4 years ago, but the ones I am having on Sunday are OPI. Are they ok? Everyone on here raves about Creative, so I am starting to get a bit worried now.

OPI are a good brand and providing you've got a good tech applying your enhancements you shouldn't have any problems, you do have aftercare to do to them once you've left the salon and you're expected to look after your enhancements, ie applying cuticle oil, not using your nails as tools but treating them as jewels etc, a full client consultation should be done so any queries you've got re aftercare can be discussed with your nail tech on Sunday.

there is no guarantee that creative nails are any better than other well known brands, its all down to the skill of the tech.a great product plus a poor tech equals crappy nails. opi is also a well respected brand so dont be worried about the product, check the credentials of the tech.go for some one who regularly updates their training.
