I really need your help, i am opening a treatment room within a hairdresser on monday and have been really busy getting bank account, products etc. but i have overlooked something DO I NEED A LICENSE TO SELL PRODUCTS.. i cant believe that i forgot to look into this..i am in Glasgow and i am pretty sure i do need a licence can anybody give me some URGENT ADVICE please.

I don't know whether you need a licence as such - but if its any help, you could always phone the planning classes department at your local council and ask them what class the premises comes under - you need retail to be able to sell.

Good luck and don't worry until you have to - and I think hairdressers comes under A1 RETAIL so you should be fine.
