If your referring to the geekmolans! you get them for posting, the better & more nail related posts/thread you post the more molans you get!

you also gain points for receiving positive reputation
 and you gain points for starting threads too but please be aware that threads started in the wrong forum will be moved to the correct forum by the moderators.
