i'm really p***ed off , i ordered nailclass over 10 days ago through this site and i still haven't received it, i've emailed them 3 times now and i haven't had a reply. has anyone else ordered this book through nail geek? did you have any problems?

will i ever receive it?

That's wierd... I wonder if Nigel is on holiday?? I'll email him your frustrated message and see if we can get an answer. Mostly I hear they arrive within a few days!

I'm sure Mrs Geek will help to sort it out for you.
But 10 days is REALLY not that long. Post offices can often cause delays, as can normal human errors in shipping or whatnot.
We're not automatons, we just simply goof sometimes.
I wouldn't get mad at only 10days.
A month? umm yes, that might be cause for some anger.

perhaps i can shed some light on this, i ordered the book through geekbay two weeks ago and hadnt heard anything either, one of the moderators today gave me a fone number for Nigel, who explained that even though geekbay is still taking orders, that section of the site has been closed for maintenance so he checked and found a whole backlog of orders which he's trying to get sent out tonight and tomorrow

As Bhiffy mentions, Geekbay has been closed whilst it is being updated.
BUT if you click on the nailclass banner it takes you through to the site and you can order as normal. This has been an oversite by GMG himself - yes even he makes mistakes occassionally!

When we were alerted to the problem, all back orders were retreived and dispatched same day.

Whilst Geekbay is closed, if anybody else orders nailclass it would be helpful to send a PM to me so I can go into the hidden part of the site to retreive and process the order as I have no other way of knowing that an order has been placed.

Mine arrived this morning too, I odered it two weeks ago, so I guess about the same time as you hon, it's fab so far and well worth the wait!
