opening pm's. Help Please! -

I can't seem to open a private message I have? can you help? All I see is a notice that shows I have a message. But when I start to click on inbox to open it.... it doesn't. Help!

You probably have a popup blocker on. You can tell if you have by looking just under the address bar, if it says something like click here for popup option, click on that before you click on you view pm message and you should be able to then click view pm etc.

you can click on QuickLinks>>PrivateMessages... then you'll see all your pm's listed.
another way to overcome a popup blocker would be to hold down the Ctrl key as you click the 'ok' button. hth's

Thanks ladies for the suggestions but... it didn't help. I still can't open the messages. Are there any other ideas out there? What is the standard way to open the private message? I go quick links private messages inbox open. Is that wrong?
