Just wondering HOW you get more geekamolians? or is it just random?
I have been monitoring them everytime I post and yes they do increase, but it is never at a set amount. sometimes I'll get 0.75 for a post, others I'll get 4.50!

Do you get them for how many words you type in your post? or how popular the thread is? or any other reason?

If anyone knows, please tell me, cos I am just baffled.

I've not read up on this but I think you get more points if you answer or start threads in the main forum than you would if you answered or started ones in chit-chat. I think also that if you get loads of responses to a main forum thread, that earns you additional points.

There are various things which affect Geekmolians - you get different amounts depending on which forum you post in - Main gets more than Chit Chat for obvious reasons.

You also get points when someone replies to a thread of yours (I think).

You also earn interest on the ones which are in the bank and also get differing amounts for being a Premium Geek.

There have been several threads about this in the past - if you want to take some time and read through them you may glean some more information than I have given here.

How do you write in your thread name ie. what to be a slim geek, like Tisa... I don't know how to do this can anyone help?

you have to be a premmie, then change it in 'edit profile' xx

you don't have to be a premium geek to change it, although if you are you can change it as often as you like.
you can use Geekmolian points to change your user title, it costs 1000 points!
