cannot receive private messages - what do I need to activate

help, for some reason I cannot receive private messages

I must have de activated something by mistake, have tried to rectify but to no avail!! can you please help me to receive my friendly pms again, as I do miss them xx

I have checked your profile and nothing seems to be out of order - what do you mean you cannot receive them.

I notice sometimes that the pop up doesnt come but you just need to click on private messages.

hi Fiona, I have had pagers from various geeks saying they cannot send me private messages as I do not accept them, other than from my buddy list. So I will not receive replies if I send to other members.
