How do I locate the chat?, is it only for premium geeks? I paid for my subscription and nothing happened.. what do I do?

I believe the chat room is unavailable for everyone at the moment. I could be wrong though, which unfortunately happens quite often for me.

The chat room unfortunately was a temporary casualty of the recent upgrade to the site. I am sure Sam is working on it to bring it back so we need to be patient.

I have checked and cannot see information on you being a Premium Geek. When did you do it. Check in your UserCP and under subscriptions. If the funds have been debited from your account then send a PM to Sam (The Nail Geek) and ask for clarification.
