The chat room unfortunately was a temporary casualty of the recent upgrade to the site. I am sure Sam is working on it to bring it back so we need to be patient.
I have checked and cannot see information on you being a Premium Geek. When did you do it. Check in your UserCP and under subscriptions. If the funds have been debited from your account then send a PM to Sam (The Nail Geek) and ask for clarification.
