how do i specify a username when trying to change it?!

hi, i wanna change my username and i have enough points, but when i try and purchase a bulletin comes up saying that i didnt specify a username, however there doesnt seem to be anywhere for me to do this?! i know alot of people have changed their names successfully so could one of those people please post how u did so? it would be greatly appreciated!! x

i want to too!!! i have finally thought of a name for my business and after having my entire office trying to come up with one i came up with one i like accidentally!!! could there be a problem??

i did mine ages ago, i think when it asks you for the user name, put in your NEW name there, not the name you are at mo, see if that works, i think thats what i did , hth xxxx

hiya, it doesnt ask me anywhere what my user name is, it doesnt give an option to put anything it just comes up with the message that i didnt give a username straight after i ask to purchase? x
