Try the link below for some good recipies - on the right hand side there is a section "find recipies" then you can put in any ingredient or dish type and it will come up with relevant dishes.

Can you make you own clotted cream? I thought it was to do with the rich grass, from the red soils, that our good old Devon and Cornish cows eat lol!
Hang on, I'll go get my Good Housekeeping Recipe book, can't beat that for a traditional recipe! Here we go, try this Astray Recipes: Scones 3 an oldie but that's how we were taught to make them at school....don't forget to buy some strawberry jam too! |

I'd love to have a taste of your cream tea when it's all pulled together.
Make sure you rub your fat in so the mixture resembles very fine breadcrumbs, makes a big difference.....hubby told me to say that, he's a chef! |
