My parents went last Xmas, they said it was the best place they have ever been and they have been to loads of places! one thing i remember them saying is that if they went again they wouldnt bother with all inclusive as they ate a lot in the beach hut restaurants and they couldnt fault it one bit, was as good or better than you would get in an indian restaurant here!
Think they stayed in sun village or something like that? |

ME MEMEMEMEMEMEME!
I absolutly love it there, so much so, Im off again on 22nd December for 3 weeks of pure bliss! I went there last year on the same day and I had the most amazing time. If you have any questions then PM me, I will even send you my piccies as they are on my PC. We stayed in Candolim in the HighLand beach resort, it is quieter in Candolim than in Calangutte or Baga. I also use a travel agent that runs his own franchise of Kwick Travel, he books all our holidays. He is a Goa specialist and has been there 30+ times, he stay's in all of the hotels to test run them and even owns his own apartment. I have recommended him to loads of people and they all book with him, all done over the phone and he is so helpful, his taxi driver even picks you up from the airport and takes you to your hotel, if you want your fridge stocked up with alcohol he even goes shopping for you! I can give you Sanja's number if you like. You definatly will not be dissapointed... It is mega cheap too, can't spend your money! xxx |

I love Goa with a passion... North Goa is fun and lively.... Candolim is quieter, Calangute is mental, Baga Beach is full of parties, Anjuna has the best Hippy Market, Mapusa the best spice Market.....
Food is excellent, weather is perfect and the people are ace.. I have stayed at the Maria Rosa Calangute, Dona Alcina Candolim, Dom Francisco Candolim and some privat guest houses.... Just remember it is a 3rd world country.. but it the best 3rd world country to visit xxx have a ball xxx |
