Its hard, I wil admit, but when you read posts that are ignorant, imflammatory, and mean spirited, JUST WALK AWAY.

I have observed that people who are miserable, are content to be that way, and take none of the blame for their unhappiness.

It makes me sad that positive, constructive-productive members of our little community are being made to feel badly about things that simply DO NOT MATTER, and are being NITPICKED at for NO REASON.

C'mon geeks, if you are new and don't know any better, maybe lurk some more and try again later. ANd for the geeks that just want to revolve around themselves and their own misery? Seek Therapy. Please.

It would be really great if the site could get back to the original idea - a sharing of knowledge about our one shared passion - Nails - and now skin too.

The best days we have on here are those where we discuss nails.

I am not comfortable discussing my innermost secrets with the world at large. I wonder sometimes why some people feel the need to do that, surely these are things better discussed in private with a real friend rather than maybe a cyber one.

We have said umpteen times about how we dont know who reads our posts other than Geeks.

To some who complain about their husbands, wives, dogs, cats, mates, siblings etc. are you happy for them to read what you think of them?

Some people feel that the "old hand" Geeks can sometimes come across as abrasive but it is not abrasive if you really think about it, it is experience and a hand of help being offered. If you take it as abrasive and bite back, then that hand may not be extended again.

We learn better by our faults being pointed out - the kiss, kick, kiss approach is the best but you have to accept the kick as well as the kiss.
