very interesting theory!!! Maybe not a good idea to do it when you go to bed if you will have to keep going to the toilet, perhaps try doing it when you have the house to yourself, draw the curtains and put a good film on while the wrap gets to work!!
Let us know how it goes!! xx |

The biggest inch loss ive got from a client was a size 14/16 lady, lost 16 inches. The lowest is 6 inches off a size 6 client!! lol. It works on areas of soft fat, the cream is aromatherapy based (i use bellitas strictly professional) and it enters the skin to stimulate blood/lymphatic flow and break down fat cells, the compression from the bandages then squeezes all the toxins and lymph out of you. they dont all work on this principle. some draw the toxin out of your body through the skin i think. x |

IMO these wraps are great to have before you go to a party etc. but they do not give you long term results, the only way to slim properly is good old fashioned exercise and healthy diet.
But like i say, for a quick fix to fit into that LBD they are great!! |

Hi hun,
Have you not thought about cling filming yourself? It'll be much easier than hoiking a big pair of tight (and those babies you're talking about are t-i-g-h-t) pants on, which will probably push most of the cream off as you're pulling them on, and they're likely to absorb the cream too. If you cling film yourself (keeping the cling film on the roll until you're finished, then tearing off) you can keep the tautness required to get good results. It will also keep everything toasty warm (which, depending on the cream you're using, might aid results) and won't absorb any of the cream, leaving more for your wobbly bits! Just a suggestion |

but the cream i use is absorbed pretty much instantly, its an aloe vera gel base, so it wouldnt rub off. Im going to sleep in it so im not so sure about the cling film idea either, i might end up like a prune lol. yak. I cant wait to try it, i was thinking about doing it every night depending the results i get from the first time. |
