Well done for sharing The colour you have used are lovely Do get more detail in 3d work you need to work much drier the beads used for the petals seem to have puddled a little on your design.......Keep posting |

looks good go onto youngnails.com and it shows how to do a 3d rose... really everything is just balls being spread about the way you want your design use your brush tip for the definition work its easy to use balls that are to big but keep in mind the product spreads further than it seems good luck

Shape - 4 (very nice)
Use of Color - 4 (colors go well together, albeit simple) Design - 3 (again, simple, but nice, so right in the middle) I actually kind of like the bubbly-ness of this, but that would only work for this type of flower. I got a tip on here, can't remember who it was now (sorry!), to use 50/50 monomer and acetone. It dries the acrylic a lot faster, so you don't have to keep fiddling to get the right shape. Try that, it works great for me! Anyway, I really like the look of this nail, so well done |

I can't say that I'm much of a flower girl, so this probably wouldn't appeal to me, personally.
However, job well done. The flower itself is rather cute, reminds me of a sweety! (hope that's ok!) |

I think it's pretty good! I would suggest using the 50/50 monomer/acetone ratio, as it helps, and I like to use a pointed brush. I have an EZ Flow grand artist pointe that I use for detail work. And last thing, try dragging the point of your brush straight through from the center of the flower to the edge of the petal. It'll give it a little more detail, giving it that crease in the center. You can also drag the opposite way, for a simliar effect. I like to put the point of my brush in the center dot, giving it a little hole just big enough for a drop of glitter or a rhinestone. Oh! and you can double dip the colors for a two tone look. 3D work is really addictive...

For a first go, you have done really well
Placement of the flower is a little different too which is cute. To start with it can be difficult to get all the beads the same size...you have done well. Like Lellipop advised working drier is a good thing.....a good way of working like that is get the bead on your brush and lay your brush onto a towel to absorb any more liquid. The less liquid the more you can make it do what you want without going for a stroll lol |
