Hi all,

I've been qualified as a beauty therapist for a couple of years now, and cant believe i didnt find this site sooner!

It's so nice to meet people that have the same questions as i do, although i'm sure i will be able to think of quite a few more and probably baffle a few of you on the way.

I have been working from home for the past year, and still trying to build my client base up! It's hard and sometimes scary!

I don't do nails, just natural nails with Jessica, mainly do beauty, use MD Formulations & Vitage for skincare, FakeBake for tans and id bare minerals makeup! Would be interested to see what you guys think of these brands??

I can see so many of you are talented out there, and i cant wait to learn from you guys and hopefully help others too!

Oh i can already think of so many questions, where to start???
Looking forward to chats with everyone!

Welcome Suzy - I don't always venture into the Skin Geek but lovely to have you on board!! I use Nimue products but I am not a therapist - nails are definitely my thing!

How well is your home business doing?
I love bare minerals makeup, it is fab and have found it sells amazingly well to anyone with problem skins, ie rosacea, acne because it is so calming and good for the skin. It looks great too! Only downside is you have to be careful with it because it can be fiddly to use because it is all in loose mineral form!

My home salon is doing quite well, but not as busy as i would like. I need to build my client base much more!

Thanks to everyone for your lovely welcomes, and if i do anything wrong on here please let me know, still trying to get to grips with how the site works!
