Hi need help here, I have uploaded a file to the site, so that I can put it on a thread. However, I don't know where it has uploaded to.

If I want to put it in as a link on a thread, where do I get it from and how do I do it?

If it's uploaded to the site then you must have been on the gallery page.
Check out the gallery for your pic, click on the pic then copy and paste the link from the address bar into your post.

edit: hmmmm I've just had a look in the gallery and it's not there... are you sure the file isn't too huge?
It could be that the file was too big to be uploaded...

You have two options:-

• Upload the picture into your gallery and then insert the pic into your thread; or
• Click the Manage Attachments and upload your picture when posting your thread.

Just remember to make sure the file sizes aren't too big either.

Basically I've got a document which I did in "Word" which contains a few nail pics. What I wanted to do was up load it and copy the link to put on a thread.

So do you think this file would be too big?

For a word document the space allowed is doc197.7 KB

Being as you're a premium geek you can add attachments to your posts, this would allow you a reasonable amount of pics per post.
