Spell Checker for Mozilla Firefox - 13-02-07, 09:46 AM
There is a spell checker available for Mozilla Firefox if you've downloaded the latest version (Firefox 2).
You have the option of downloading spell checker as an add-on, when the download has finished you need to restart your computer.

Once you've typed your reply you'll see any words that are spect incorrectly with a red dotted line underneath them, right click on the word and you'll see a choice of possible spellings, click on the one you want and it automatically changes the word for the correct spelling.

That is what I use Sandi - I did choose to download the English (UK) dictionary rather than the English (US) one though.

spellcheck has been available for firefox since version 1.5.0.9 and before then also, it was a bit tricky to download though.
It's about time they made it easier
