Might sound stupid but could you tell me when i reply to a thread at the bottom there are new icons but on mine it says edit.
could you tell me why this is please as i havnt seen it on other geeks post. Thankyou in advance.

its because only you can edit your posts hun , so you would only have it on your own reply xxx

You have an edit button on your posts...so that you can edit them...typing mistakes or spelling mistakes...or to add something.
You can obviously only edit your own posts not anyone elses so that is why you only see it on yours. Is that clearer? ps...the Moderators however do have the power to edit all posts.
