Putting a picture in thread, help please. -

Hi all, I would really like to share the pics of my first client but I have not got a clue how to do it. My friend sent them through to me as an attachment and I have saved these to my documents folder. Where do I go from here.
Any ideas. Thank-you Lisa xxxx
