how to put pictures in my journal? -

Hi
I am desperately trying to insert a pic into my journal from my computer, when i click on insert picture it asks me to put the URL in, i dont know what im doing cant you tell, any help would much appreciatedx thanks geeks x jules xx

When it asks for a URL it's asking for a website address... so if you use photobucket for example you'd enter the web address for a particular photo you've got stored on photobucket.
