You can now edit your profile to show which 'type' of professional you are. This will also put an icon in your postbit that corresponds to the area of the industry that you are in. They arent fancy - but they will do for now

Yea, did my cosmetology course back in the US for a year and then started an apprenticeship. I was looking to expand past nails and I fell in love with Hair. That is when my nail career started taking me around the world and eventually here in the UK so I don't finish the apprenticeship. Needless to say, my time behind a real chair is limited so I hesitate to call myself a hair messer - but I also chose the Hair Geek tag because I am now in the hair business

Bumping this up as I have found it really useful when reading some threads - a quick glance to see if people are doing one area or a combo of more than one or all makes the picture alot clearer!
