As you can see from my avatar, the lovely tropical beach I've purchased refuses to come up! I've taken everything off the screen, clicked on background and then clicked add item, but it just won't add. Help please!?

This is new to me too but i beleive you have to click on the picture of the background at the bottom, where all your parts are ie shoes, clothes etc and
then add item and save ??? Hope this works for you this time xx

Yep, done this til ready to throw pc out of window! pressing save but backgroung still comes up blank.

As it sounds like you are doing everything right you might want to
Pm Sam about it and see what he says, He is the master behind it.

I wish I could help as I had the same problem.
I would try and add my background but it refused to go in!!! Everything else did dead easy....I even managed to crop it!!!
I just decided to save and use it as was.......then Lo and behold my background was actually on it when I clicked on the forums link!!!

I am scared to make any changes now in case I lose it!!
