Hi fellow Scottish Geeks.

I'm wanting to get our very own wax queen Kim up to Scotland for a training day I need at least 5 therapists myself included, so thought i would offer y'all a chance to train with the best. Kim that is not me lol.

I'm in North Ayrshire but worthwhile travelling to for Kim, the training is £175 each and i think she said we should all have a model.

C'mon people don't miss the opportunity, you can't be the best if your not taught by the best.

It will cover intimate waxing and learn some good techniques.

The below is what Kim sent me, i don't have a date in mind but hopefully very soon, i thought i would see what everyone else thinks regarding the date, then put it to Kim....

It would be £175 each for the day and we would cover body waxing, brows and Brazilians/Hollywoods. By the end of the day, you will all be Brazilian wax specialists. It's a fun relaxed day and I DO NOT waste any of your time with lectures............we wax and talk. I'll teach you everything that I know. You would need to provide models or work on each other. You would all get a certificate.

I would bring the wax etc. Just get them to bring their own spatula's and wax strips.

If you want to book, I'd need a £50 deposit and the rest is payable on the day.

I am up for it.

Obviously it will depend on the date, but I am up for it.

Don't know how easy it will be for me to get a volunteer for Brazilians/Hollywoods though!!!

I am up for it too but again it depends on the day and where it is held as I am in the south of scotland but willing to travel to glasgow .

You can model for each other or bring models. I like to do a Braz on the trainees so that you can experience what a REAL Braz feels like and the benefits and you also get to feel what your clients feels during her treatment.

If you live in a totally different area of Scotland or anywhere else in the UK, then you can hold a training day in your salon/home and I'll come to you. It's probably best to PM me.

You only need to have a basic certificate in waxing that allows you to be insured as I'll teach you my own techniques and my own way of doing the intimate waxing which are unlike any of the many Brazilian courses around. xxx

I know of a salon keen to do Brazilian wax training...I will pass this info on to them.

I'd be interested in this, after having spent a great day with Andy showing us the Peron Rigot wax, which was wonderful, I'd like to put it to use, let me know what you decide.

I'm interested too, and have just returned after a great day with Andy in Renfrew. This whetted my appetite for doing more with hot wax.
It would all depend on the date as to whether I could book a place though !
