Hi,

I'm writing an article for Professional Beauty looking at how different people cope with childcare while holding down a job. Has having children changed the way you work? What would make your life easier? What happens when children are sick? How helpful is your partner? What if you're single?

I'd also be interested in hearing from employers - what do you do when your employee has to stay at home with their sick child? How flexible are you over hours? And how well do you know the legislation in this area?

Please can you either call me on 01273 327 677, PM me or email me at rachael@rachaelglazier.co.uk?

Many thanks as always,

Rachael xx

Thanks so much for all the replies. If anyone else would like to get in touch, do, I'd like to get as many opinions as possible!
