Waxing - 27-04-08, 12:13 PM

Im looking into doing waxing, body and paraffin waxing for my manicures/pedicures, does anyone know a heater where both body waxing and paraffin waxing can be done in the same one instead of having 2???

Just a normal hive heater works fine. Just buy an extra inner liner and make sure yiu adjust the tempretures accordingly. When you have heated the parrafin wax remove the inner liner and take it to your client so as not to spill wax over your heater. also your heater may be a bit messy from your hair removal wax.

You can heat it up in a towel cabinet or a slow cooker that has water in the bottom, just put the parrafin wax in a large glass bowl then you can use the bowl to catch any dropped wax.

The slow cooker can then be used for heating hot towels for facials too!

Hive to their Multi heater for rollers that also fits their 80g Paraffin wax sprays, if you have the larger heater (space for 6) you can set the temperatures for both halves differently, one for wax and one for paraffin.

Hi vivki, I have the Babyliss pro double wax heater, so you can heat 2 pots at once if needed.
