Ok.. don't dispare.. they are tricky at first until they get a memory and just pop back so easy. We have all been there where its seems impossible to close them again.
What I do with mine is return the sides so that you have one pannel with both sides folded back inwards. I then with the narrow end facing away and holding the wider end push the narrow end up against a flat wall. then I fold over my wider end and grab both ends. Here you will feel a lot of resisitance and they won't fold flat together .. they stay looped shaped. The tricky bit here is to have the confidence to turn the loops into each other so twist them, top hand towards you and bottom hand away from you and they will twist into each other into a nice tidy circle. Once in the circle you can pop back into the bag. You need to do this at least 10 - 12 times where by it just becomes so easy.. Go and have another go and dont force anything.. just gently persude Good luck ![]() |

I can remember the first time I tried to fold up my tent, what a nightmare!! I thought I was going to have to take it out unfolded! Hubby managed to do it before me and it was just a case of keep practising until it folded down easily... can now do it in about 10 seconds flat!
Keep practising, you WILL do it!! |

Hi Hun
oh the nightmare of the tanning tent, the memories, yes we have all been there and then when we work it out we could all kick ourselves, ok here goes, with your tent upright and the opening facing you, put your hand on the right hand side of the zipper and push this side into the back left side of the tent, it should now be one piece (one big piece lol) now turn it upside down so the smaller bit is on the floor and you have the wider end in the air, put the smaller bit against your skirting board and push over and away from you the bigger bit so that it has formed a large C, now you need to push each side in towards the centre and twist the loops into each other and then hey presto you should have it down, now for the fun bit, put it back up and do this about 10 times until when you are doing it it almost does it by its self, trust us you need to train it so that it does as you say first time with no arguments (or swearing) good luck hun and let us know how you go on, failing all this you need to go to your training provider and get them to show you how it is done ![]() |

I remember doing this when i first got my tent. It pop-ed up fantastic, but it just wouldnt pop back down again and it ended up being kinked. It turned out i'd managed to twist the wire inside, which turned out to be a pain to twist back round the right way.

I still have problems with my tent. I have one client who always asks me to use the tent and I did her on Friday, struggled trying to get it down, got mad and threw it in the back of my little Polo and it's now still in the garage awaiting me having another go lol

Wow! I am a very messy person (I can look at something on the other side of the room and it'll fall over and make a mess!) Still I'm hoping that when I grow up (bearing in mind I'm 32 next birthday) I will be able to control the grub! Lol
