I am trying to arrange my price list for my new salon and am really stucj on what to do with my facial section. I am using dermalogica and dont no whether to just to the basic face treatment with a couple of add ons or to do more of the facials found in the green book from dermalogica ie skin brightening etc.

I use Decleor & not Dermalogica so can't help greatly, but a bit of general advice, keep it simple. You're better having a few types of facials, i.e. basic, specialist etc, each with their own price band. That way the client can choose the rough price band they want (i.e. whether they want a 'normal' facial or a specific treatment for a skin problem) & you can choose the facial most suited to their skin from within that band. Also put a bit explaining that you will choose the products/techniques to suit their skin. It's better not to have too much choice or they just get confused!
