I am proberbly being really thick here but...i have put several things on geekbay and some have sold (yippee!)...now what hapenes?...does the buyer contact me or do i contact them?...If i click on the name of the bidder it doesnt give me the option to pm the buyer!
Also the time ran out on somethings which have NOT sold but it has come up with 'sold it'?...can i extend the time or do i have to readvertise?

I forgot about my "time up" on Geekbay and only realised I'd sold something when the successful bidder contacted me . Would there be a way that when an item is sold both the buyer and seller are informed by pm? ..... I don't use E-bay so this is all a novelty to me lol!

I also don't understand how things are marked "Sold it" before the auction is due to end.

I know that you get an e-mail if you have been outbid on an item.

I`m interested in knowing all these questions too.
I do know the only thing i was advertising I had a PM from a geek asking if I`d post it to Australia and I went back in and edited my article as sold. Maybe I did something I shouldn`t have done but if I have its only because I don`t fully understand how it works

hmmm... It appears there is a problem with the system email out notices to the winners and sellers when an Item comes to a close. It also does not appear to be updating the statistics.

Until I get to the bottom of it... just contact the buyer/seller... shouldnt take me more than a couple days to sort out (it was working).

I have accidentally placed same ad twice on Geek Bay. When I try to 'edit' the ad in order to remove it, an error message appears. Can you help please?
