Aye, I've found that this can possibly be a problem, especially if driving home a short time after having the tan done. I found I had some "creases" on my chest when I got back home after being tanned (but it was over an hour's drive to get back home) but thankfully most of that was the guide colour, and any creases in the actual tan itself were far less noticeable when the guide colour was washed off...
