ok...
ive was at natwest for approx 2 hours . i went in and i was first told there manager want in so i basically said id stay there until someone came etc... i think it took 30min before they realized i was serious.. the next hour was spent them telling me someone would call etc.. i went got my newspaper and came back lol.. when it got to 4pm the 'manager' who appeared from the back room agreed to refund it.. whoop whoop... now think about it what must i looked like ... crazy preggers female..lool but i got it sorted so basically they were fobbing me off yesterday all day... |

funnily enough natwest have been alright so far... i was with lloyds and would ever go back..
its wrong that i had to all the way down there and hijack the sofa for 2 hours.. before they sorted it.. i wouldnt do anything over the phone again for a while now.. as this has put me off... |

thanks jes actuallly very interesting
im surprised they said they wernt going to pursue her for it as it was their mistake.. i bet if it was me they would i think its a case of them not being bothered to sort it out quickly.. as its not their problem or money |
