I'm aware of onboardspa.com for steiner.

But surely there's plenty more like p&o where you can apply for jobs.maybe not even beauty jobs just all cruise jobs.

Try 'Harding Brothers'. I loved working in the spa on p&o princess cruises and Royal Caribbean cruise lines which were run by Steiner. Your experience will often depend on your manager with them though rather than the company.
Spas are open most of the time but shops & casino only open at sea so more port time off. Bar and restaurant...you will be working all around the clock so be aware! x x x
