I have built up a successful mobile beauty therapy business and have regular contracts aswell as a big client-base and bridal bookings up to Sept 2010.

I spent a lot of time, money and effort to get my company name out there and it has paid off. I have an excellent website and advertise everywhere I can!

Due to personal circumstances I would now like to sell my business as a going concern but have no idea how to go about this?

How do you go about valuing your business and where would I advertise such a business?

I would be selling all my kit, stock, website, contracts etc

Instead of selling it - could you not employ someone to take it over for the time being? There is a company that I know that do this, they hire other mobile therapists.
