How to get a seemingly happy customer back ? -

I had a regualr customer who was very happy , and gt a tan every week. Now its been about 4 weeks and no word. I have sent a £5 voucher out to my regs as a lil treat and this customer inparticular still no word.
I was thinking maybe a promotional txt but ive never contacted via txt before. I dont like to over power my customers with to much contact. but id really like to get this customer back. Maybe she has found someone cheaper

or maybe she has just had a busy / expensive month? I would leave it a little while, like you say, you dont want to over power her with offers! And maybe send a promotional text in a few weeks. HTH

I totally agree with this.
One of my friends is a hairdresser, she was telling me yesterday of a similar thing with one of her long-standing clients. She'd not heard from them since November and was thinking perhaps she'd done something wrong or offended them (which she isn't capable of doing to be honest!). Anyway, they contacted her last week for an appointment and the reason for not getting in touch sooner was that life was crazy/busy and they simply didn't have the time. What I'm trying to say is that sometimes life gets in the way of things like tan/hair/nail appointments and people simply don't have the spare time to take out of their already busy lives. Don't take it personally |

I wouldn't worry, often what seems to worry us in this way as to why they havnt been to us as often as norm, turns out to be because they've been busy, had a big bill or just not had the need for things done as much xx

I agree, not everyone can afford it week in, week out. I'm sure you'll hear from her when she's ready.
Some of my clients have weekly tans, some l literally only hear from when they are going somewhere and in some cases its been over a year or longer! Posted with my Droid EO Forum App |
