I am buying and taking over a business at the start of august. The women that I am buying business off of is going to rent a chair. I have asked for £40 for a 8 hour hour day plus £5 per colour treatment to cover products. I have asked for £120 to be paid every week even when she is on holiday. If she wants to work any more hours i have asked for £5 each hour. Is this reasonable?

Also she has asked to have 3 weeks a year holiday where she does not have to pay rent, what do you all think?
