Stepping up my mobile business -
26-07-12, 09:56 AM
Hi all
I'm looking to take the plunge and subcontract out my mobile work to other therapists and kind of act like an agent of sorts. Any ideas on where to advertise for therapists other than Gumtree? I'm based in London, and want to take my business London wide and in the surrounding areas. I'm going to be taking a fee of 20 or 25%. Do you think 25% is fair, the therapists will be self employed and have all their own gear. Minimum call out fee will be £30 so they will take home a minimum of £22.50. What do you think?? Any feedback would be great. Thanks |

What about advertising on here?
You could also try healthpages, although they are more geared for complentary health therapists they do have a beauty section. I use professional bodies when looking for practitioners so it may be worth seeing if any have a section for looking for work. (CThA do so you could try them too). It is something I looked into but tbh, it does require a lot of management and I also felt uncomfortable about sending in therapists to unknown clients, so now limit it to corporate clients and their employees, but there are a number of companies that already do this successfully. |
