Hi Hippy,
I was thinking of doing an email newsletter myself as I usually do a mailed copy but think email would be cheaper. For newsletters I usually do them in publisher with pictures, however don't know how to do moving pictures or slide shows, if you find out how please keep us informed. p.s. I usually do a double sided copy featuring this month's special and then follow with seasonal topics for skin/nail care. |

hey everyone,
yes i am trying to put together an email newsletter too and have captured quite a few email addresses. I originally made them in word them sent them via outlook but because it wasnt in html format it didnot come out as i had set it out. I am no technical wiz so its all very confusing to me. Try doing a newsletter and sending it too yourself and you will see what i mean - any advice on this would be greatly appreciated also how do you mail it to say 50 clients and stop them seeing each others names?? thank you lucy xxxx |

[LEFT]Make sure if you are sending this from outlook or hotmail or some kind of email program that you BCC everyone. Put your own email address in the To box and then paste everyone else’s emails into the BCC box. BCC means blind carbon copy What happens is that everyone that you have sent to, can only see your email address and their own. They can’t see each other’s and they don’t know how many people you are sending it to. Protects their privacy. Hope this helps ![]() |
