Hi, I am just about to open a new nail bar in Sussex. I run a Barbers shop, and the premises next door has become available. I am taking on the lease and will kit it out as a nail bar and spray tanning shop.

I intend to rent the nail stations out, but I have no idea how much to charge for each nail station or to work on a percentage with the staff.
any thoughts or ideas would be great!
