Would anyone know if IVP has to be classed as a separate - 24-07-08, 02:57 PM

Does anyone run a salon and then introducted IPL/laser ? Ooops(missed spelt the abbreviation)

If so did you have to change the permitted use? or add it on?

Also as a Beauty Salon what class is your permitted use and does that cover you for all your treatments including massage?

I cant seem to get a straight answer from my council and its driving me mad.

Cheers all

That you are ok to include IPL/laser from the council point of view. However of you have IPL/laser you have to register with the Healthcare Commission.

The clinic I have as D1 usage from the local council.

Lynton (Lynton Lasers Ltd - Experts in aesthetic technology) who sell the machines are very helpful with healthcare commission registration.
