Down sizing workforce -

Hi biz geeks, I just wondered how many of you have asked your employees to leave because the current econimic situation has effected your business. Everyone is feeling the pinch but there are some of us who are not directly effected because we do not have overheads which include bank loans etc, I am very sensitive to this poll so therefore I won't be asking for your answers to be displayed.
