VistaPrint may seem like very good value on the service but unfortunately I have fallen prey to their little scam.
I noticed this first when I saw a recurring Visa transaction on my bank statement for £9.95 from a company called VPRewards.com. I put the name onto Google and that is when I realised that I had been duped. Apparently when you order your products from Vista Print they offer a £10 discount which of course most people would want. What is not clear is that they then sign you up to join VPRewards.com and you agree to pay £9.95 a month for this so called Reward scheme. I do not recall doing this and judging by the amount of people that have also fallen into this trap, it does make me wonder if it obvious when you sign up to Vista Print! I called the number, explained the situation and VPRewards have said that they will cancel my subscription and refund my £9.95. We shall see next month if this happens. I have also cancelled my Visa Card, which the bank have said still offers no guarantees that they won't be able to debit more money. All this hassle, just for a few business cards. I will not be using Vista Print again, which is a shame as their products are pretty good. I will be using another website www.goodprint.co.uk in the future. |

Hi,
I too missed the box to tick.......if there was one? I ended up on their rewards scheme. But I don't check the statements - leave that to hubby, so mine went on for a few months, that was my fault. ![]() When I did phone about it they did do a refund. I do print some of my stuff on the PC, but have noticed lots of great offers in local printers....Pos good time to order as everyone is out to get business. Hope your order is OK. Must admit I went for the slow post, it came in just a few days, I think all of it goes in same speed post whether you order it that way or not. Lotsa luv x

You are eligible to join VistaPrint Rewards when you successfully complete a VistaPrint order. After completing a VistaPrint order, customers may be presented with an offer page offering the opportunity to take advantage of a £10 VistaPrint cash back offer for joining the VistaPrint Rewards Program. This offer page contains details about the VistaPrint Rewards Program including offer benefits, services and the associated monthly fee required to participate. If a customer chooses to accept this offer the credit card used for the customer’s VistaPrint purchase will be automatically charged the applicable monthly fees after a 30 day free-trial period, and VistaPrint will transfer certain personal information, including the customer’s credit card information, to a service provider that administers the program. As part of the registration process for the program, a customer is required to enter his or her email address twice, and click the “YES” button stating that the customer agrees with the following statement:
“By clicking “Yes” I have read and agree to the Offer Details displayed to the left and authorise VistaPrint to securely transfer my name, address and credit card information to the service provider for VistaPrint Rewards.” HTH x |

they are based in the netherlands, so postage is going to cost more than if you got from a uk supplier. And the more the items weigh, the more you pay in postage. so a way to make cheaper is to go back through your list of items and decide if you can live without any at all to make it lighter.( do you really really need the free pen, t shirt etc)
I use vista all the time in my other job and have never been let down by them , but i agree, the postage can sometimes be high. tigi |

I have had loads of stuff from them and have never had a problem with the monthly charges that others have had. I think that the postage rates are actually pretty reasonable (considering that the item itself is always free)!
